English E-learning Sites Review 1

Hello all~ Now, I'm gonna review some English e-learning sites, where you can learn English online. Frankly, this is one of my assignments, and I think this will be useful if I write this on my blog. So, let's check it out~~ 
 

1.  http://www.e-learningforkids.org/

As the name of this site, e-Learning for Kids is a program which is designed for children ages 5-12. E-Learning for Kids is available from anywhere and without charge. The site, which is established in late 2004, is not only for kids, though: it's also a site where parents get more engaged in their kid's education. and educators can contribute on how kids can learn better.           This site helps the kids improve their ability of English skill, such as reading, writing, and vocabulary. Besides, e-Learning for Kids does not only offer English courses but also other courses (Math, Language arts, Science, Computer skills, Environmental skills, Health, and Life skills). Since this site is meant for kids, here the kids learn English through games. Thus, learning English in this site can not be more fun. Conclusion: Skill    : Reading, writing, vocabulary. Level    : Elementary students. Charge  : Free online.

2. http://www.talkenglish.com/

Talkenglish.com helps students to increase their ability in listening and speaking skill. This site provides many kinds of lesson subject based on students’ skill. There are three levels of listening, basic, intermediate, and advance listening lesson. Therefore, the students can choose the level which is suitable for them. This site also provides speaking course, how to pronounce word well and how to speak a short sentence, for instance. In order to help students to speak, Talkenglish.com is facilitated by the recording which pronounces the correct pronunciation for each word. Englishtalk.com also offers extra English lesson: English Grammar Basic. Here, after read explanation of the grammar, the students can take quiz about the grammar.

This site is free, so students can learn anytime they want. Besides, the students are not required to register to access this site. The students can learn and practice their skills once they access talkenglish.com.  

        Conclusion:

          Skill: Listening, speaking.

          Level: Junior high school, senior high school students, advance.

          Charge: Free online.
